摘要
运用PRO/E对装载机工作装置进行建模,将模型导入PATRAN中,运用NASTRAN进行模态分析,得到装载机工作装置的各阶模态振型。将各阶模态频率与激励频率对比,如果计算频率在激励安全系数范围内,可以调整相应构件的刚度使激振频率避开固有频率,避免发生共振。此分析为装载机工作装置的设计开发奠定了方向,从而有效的减少了试验成本。
The model of the loader work device was made with PROE and imported into the PATRAN.Then the model was analyzed with the NASTRAN and the vibration mode of the different frequencies was obtained.The frequencies were compared to the excitation frequency;the stiffness of the institution should be adjusted against the natural frequency to avoid the resonance,if those frequencies were in the range of the force safety factor.The research laid the foundation of loader work device design,which cut down the cost of production effectively.
