摘要
目的了解铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)β-内酰胺酶和膜孔蛋白oprD2基因的存在状况。方法 GNS-448药敏卡及K-B法测定抗菌药物的敏感性,聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测β-内酰胺酶和膜孔蛋白oprD2基因。结果 32株PAE对头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿米卡星、庆大霉素、亚胺培南、美罗培南的耐药率分别为59.4%、56.3%、46.8%、62.5%、32.0%、43.7%、68.8%、59.4%;oprD2基因缺失32株,阳性率为100.0%;β-内酰胺酶基因TEM阳性32株,阳性率为100.0%,OXA-10群阳性9株,阳性率为28.1%,VEB阳性8株,阳性率为25.0%,IMP阳性8株,阳性率为25.0%,VIM阳性3株,阳性率为9.4%,β-内酰胺酶基因总阳性率为100.0%。结论烧伤科分离的PAE为多药耐药菌,oprD2基因完全缺失,β-内酰胺酶基因检出率高,主要有TEM、OXA-10群、VEB、IMP、VIM基因。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of β-lactamase genes and outer membrane protein oprD2 gene in Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PAE) isolated from burn department. METHODS GNS-448 and K-B tests were performed to detect the susceptibility of 19 kinds of antimicrobial agents against 32 strains PA;β-lactamase genes and membrane pore-forming protein oprD2 gene were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and verified by DNA sequencer. RESULTS Resistant rates of 32 PA strains to ceftazidime, cefepime, cefoperazone, piperacillin, amikacin,gentamecin,imipenem and meropenem were 59.4%, 56.3%, 46.8%, 62.5%, 32M, 43.7%, 68.8% and 59.4 %, respectively; The deletion ratio of oprD2 gene was 100.0 % (32 / 32), The positive rate of TEM, OXA-10, VEB, IMP and VIM were 100.0% (32/32), 28.1% (9), 25.0 N (8), 25.0 % (25) and 9.4 % (3), respectively. The total positive rate of β-lactamase genes was 100. 0%. CONCLUSION PAE isolates isolated from burn department are multdrug-resistant, oprD2 gene is absolute deletion, and the positive rates of β-lactamase genes are high, mainly including TEM, OXA-10, VEB, IMP and VIM.
