摘要
目的研究灭菌吸痰管的无菌有效性与24h内开启次数的关系。方法将放置灭菌吸痰管的无菌容器分为4组;第1组每隔30min开启1次,第2组每隔1h开启1次,第3组每隔2h开启1次,前3组分别每隔2h取样进行无菌检验,第4组每隔6h开启并取样进行无菌检验。结果 24h内间隔30min、1、2、6h开启无菌容器污染率分别为7.80%、2.78%、1.16%、0;24h内间隔30min开启无菌容器与间隔1、2、6h开启无菌容器,灭菌吸痰管的污染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);24h内每间隔1h开启与间隔2h开启无菌容器,两者灭菌吸痰管污染率差异无统计学意义。结论灭菌吸痰管的无菌有效性与容器开启次数及开启后保留时间密切相关,24h内开启9次或开启保留9h较为安全。
OBJECTIVE To study the aseptic effectiveness of sterilized absorbing-sputum tube and container opening times within 24h. METHODS The aseptic containers were divided into 4 groups (the open times of 1, 2, 3 every 0.5h, 1h,2h respectively). The contamination was detected. RESULTS The infection rates of sterilized absorbing- sputum tube are 7.80%, 2.78%, 1.16% and 0 respectively, which had significant differences between the one whose opening time interval was 0. 5h and the other three (P〈0. 01). There was no statistical significance compared with 1h group and 2h group (P〉0.05). CONCLUSION Aseptic effectiveness of sterilized absorbing-sputum tube and container opening time as well as retention time is closely related, which suggested that it is safe that we should open the container 9 times within 24h or retention time is 9 h after opening.
