病房呼吸道治疗器具消毒效果监测与医院感染控制

Disinfection of medical devices for respiratory tract therapy and control of hospital infection

目的加强病房呼吸道治疗器具的消毒监测管理。方法按卫生部《消毒技术规范》监测技术和结果判断标准,对2007年1-12月临床各科室使用消毒后的呼吸道治疗器具,进行采样监测。结果共采样437份,合格396份,合格率90.62%;病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,其中大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌较多。结论加强病房呼吸道治疗器具的消毒监测,发现问题及时整改,对预防控制医院呼吸道感染至关重要。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the management of monitoring disinfection on respiratory therapy apparatus. METHODS According to the Technique and Standard of Disinfection Technique Regulation published by Ministry of Health, the sterilized respiratory therapy apparatus from each department in Jan. to Dec. 2007 were collected for sampling biological monitor. RESULTS Of 437 samples, 396 were qualified and pass rate was 90. 62%. Pathogens were mainly Gram-negative bacteria, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were the most. CONCLUSION It is essential to prevent and control lower respiratory tract infection through strengthening the management of monitoring disinfection on respiratory therapy apparatus as well as take measures when problem happened.
