Strengthening cooperation between departments to prevent nosocomial infection

目的加强军队医院医疗合作科室医院感染管理工作,提高医疗质量。方法对军队医院合作科室感染管理存在的薄弱环节进行分析,并提出对策。结果加强医院感染管理知识培训,提高员工感染控制意识,严格质量监控,能有效预防与控制医院感染的发生。结论医疗合作科室医院感染管理应做到完善制度、科学管理、注重人文关怀。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the management of infection control and improving health care quality in small Military hospital. METHODS The weak links in cooperation between infection control departments were analyzed and the countermeasures in small military hospital were proposed. RESULTS The training and the awareness of infection among control staff were strengthened and improved , and the strict quality control could effectively the nosocomial infection. CONCLUSION It should improve the hospital infection control system, scientific management, and pay attention to the humanitarian care.
