Classroom observation and evaluation is one of the most important ways of teaching and research for practical reasons. It is the test of academic levels and personality, and it is also the platform of thinking collision and integration to improve teaching. Top teachers should make accurate evaluation of classroom teaching and offer workable ,and practicable guidance to youth teachers so that they can develop professionally and smoothly.
