摘要
建立离子色谱法检测蜜蜂中糖分的分析方法。用CarboPacTMPAl0(4mm×250mm)阴离子交换分离柱和脉冲安培检测器,对淋洗分离条件进行优化。选择18mmol/LNaOH为淋洗液,淋洗液流速1.0mL/min,总时间20min。该方法能较好地分离葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖。天然蜂蜜中蔗糖含量非常少,利用此方法可以鉴别天然蜂蜜的真伪。
This paper establishes an analysis method of determining sugar content in honey by ion chromatography,which uses CarboPacTMPAl0(4mm×250mm) anion exchange column and pulsed amperometric detector to optimize leaching separation conditions by taking 18mmol/L NaOH as eluate at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min for 20 min.This method can better separate glucose,fructose and sucrose.The content of sucrose in natural honey is very little.We can identify the authenticity of natural honey by this method.
