Education is an open system,through which we impart knowledge and educate people,advance and enrich the fine cultural heritage of the nation,as well as absorb quintessence from foreign countries.In the process of cross culture integration,it is necessary to strengthen affinity,inclusiveness and great cultural tension.In the situation of the deepening of educational exchange between China and foreign countries and under the background of multi-culture,the innovation of higher education is the major task for enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness.
