摘要 采用荧光硅球为标记物制备了快速定量检测克伦特罗(CLE)的荧光硅球免疫层析试纸条。通过正交实验得到最优荧光硅球抗体标记量、硅球垫抗体标记物用量以及检测线抗原浓度。在最优条件下,试纸条线性范围为0.28-3.3μg/L。猪尿样品CLE加标回收率为81.7%~101%,表明此试纸条可实现猪尿中CLE残留的快速定量检测。 A fluorescent silica nanobead-based immunochromatographic test strip was developed for the rapid and quantitative detection of clenbuterol (CLE). An orthogonal L9 (3)^3 test was designed, various parameters including amount of anti-CLE monoclonal antibody (mAb) used for nanobeads labeling, mAb labeled beads on conjugate pad, and antigen amount on test line were investigated and optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range was from 0.28 to 3.3μg/L. The recoveries of CLE spiked in swine urine were between 81.7% and 101%. The results demonstrated that this test strip can be used for rapid, sensitive and quantitative detection of CLE in swine urine.
