波棱瓜子提取物对小鼠抗疲劳耐缺氧作用 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究波棱瓜子提取物对小鼠抗疲劳、耐缺氧的作用。方法按设定剂量(复方丹参组0.84 g/kg,波棱低、中、高剂量组分别为1、2、4 g/kg)连续灌胃给药7 d后,观察小鼠疲劳游泳时间及耐缺氧存活时间,探索波棱瓜子提取物对小鼠抗疲劳耐缺氧的作用。结果疲劳游泳实验中,复方丹参片组、波棱高、中、低剂量组疲劳游泳时间与空白对照组比较均有显著性差异;常压耐缺氧实验中,波棱高、中剂量组耐缺氧存活时间与空白组比较有显著性差异,而复方丹参片组、波棱低剂量组与空白组相比无显著性差异。结论波棱瓜子提取物能显著提高小鼠抗疲劳耐缺氧能力。 Objective To study the anti-fatigue and anoxia-resistant effect of Herpetospermum Caudigerum extracts in mice.Methods 80 mices were administered with drugs at certain doses by gastric perfusion for 7 days,twice daily.One hour after the last administration,the swimming method was employed to observe the effect of Herpetospermum Caudigerum extracts on fatigue endurance while the duration of swimming was recorded.The closed hypoxia test was carried out to study the effect of Herpetospermum Caudigerum extracts on the hypoxia tolerance in mice.Results The swimming experiment showed that Compound Danshen Tablets and each Herpetospermum Caudigerum extract had significant effects on fatigue endurance compared to the blank control group.There was notable difference in hypoxia tolerance between Herpetospermum Caudigerum extracts groups(high-dose and middle-dose HCE groups) and the blank control group in the oxygen deficiency resistance experiments,but compound Danshen and low Herpetospermum Caudigerum extracts groups were not significantly different from the control group.Conclusion Herpetospermum Caudigerum extracts can remarkably increase fatigue endurance and hypoxia tolerance in mice.
