高效液相色谱法测定奥硝唑漱口液中奥硝唑的含量

Determination of the Content of Ornidazole in Ornidazole Mouth Rinse by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

目的建立奥硝唑漱口液中奥硝唑含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(50∶50),流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:320 nm;柱温:室温。结果奥硝唑在2.5～50μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9993。平均回收率为100.50%,RSD<6%。结论该法灵敏、准确、简单、快速,可用于奥硝唑漱口液中奥硝唑的含量测定。

Objective To establish an high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of ornidazole in ornidazole mouth rinse.Methods Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water（50：50） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm under room temperature.Results Ornidazole showed good linear relationship in the range of 2.5-50 μg/ml,r=0.9993.The average recovery was 100.50%.Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,simple and can be used for ornidazole content monitoring.
