摘要
目的建立柴银口服液中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以为C18色谱柱;以甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(15∶85∶1∶0.3)为流动相,检测波长为324 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min。结果绿原酸在23.4~304.2μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.84%,RSD为1.88%。结论该法简便、准确,能更好的控制药品质量。
Objective To establish a quality control standard for chlorogenic acid in Chaiyin Oral Liquid.Methods The high performance liquid chromatography method was used with octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica as the filler.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-acetic acid-triethylamine(15:85:1:0.3).The detective wavelength was set at 324 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results Chlorogenic acid shows good linear relations between 23.4 and 304.2 μg.The average recovery was 99.84%(n=5) and RSD was 1.88%.Conclusion The methods is simple,sensitive,reliable and can be used for quality control of this drug.
