卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素预防产后出血的疗效观察

Effect observation of carboprost methylate suppository combined with Oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage prevention

目的探讨卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素预防产后出血的效果。方法符合纳入标准的452例阴道分娩者,随机分为A组(卡前列甲酯栓组)150例、B组(缩宫素组)150例和C组(卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素组)152例,观察三组产妇的出血量、第三产程时间及不良反应。结果产时至产后2h及产后2～24hC组出血量少于A组及B组(P<0.05),A组与B组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第三产程时间C组也明显短于A组及B组(P<0.05),A组与B组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但三组患者不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素可有效预防产后出血,缩短第三产程,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of carboprost methylate suppository combined with Oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage prevention.Methods 452 transvaginal delivery cases were randomly divided into A group（the carboprost methylate suppository group） and B group（the Oxytocin group） and C group（the carboprost and Oxytocin group）.The postnatal hemorrhage amounts,the third stage time of labor and side reaction were observed.Results The amount of vaginal bleeding of within 2 hours and 2-24 hours in group C was less than those in group B and C（P0.05）,there was no significant difference between group A and group B（P0.05）;The third stage time of labor was less than that in group B and C（P0.05）,there was no significant difference between group A and group B（P0.05）;There was no obvious difference in the side reaction among group A,group B and group C（P0.05）.Conclusions The use of carboprost methylate suppository combined with Oxytocin can prevent postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the third stage of labor and has no evidence of side reaction.
