国网公司推行计量集约化管理,实行"集中检定,统一配送"工作模式。安徽省六安供电公司下辖五县三区,地处大别山腹地,工业不发达,经济落后,与经济发达的江、浙一带相比,差距很大;特别是在智能化电网建设这一形势下,如何做好计量及基础工作,提高经济效益,笔者对此进行了深刻的分析和思考。

State Grid Corporation of China implements measure intensive management,practicing ″centralized control,uniform distribution″ mode.Lu′an Power Supply Company of Anhui Province administers five Counties and three Districts,located in the hinterland of the Dabie Mountains,industrial underdevelopment,economic backwardness,and comparing with the economic development of Jiangsu-Zhejiang region,the gap is large.Especially in the situation of constructing smart grid,how to do measure basic work and improve economic efficiency is analyzed and reflected deeply.
