摘要
学校在国家社会层面、社区层面、学校层面、教师层面以及学生层面有着不同的职能,层面内及层面间都存在着职能冲突,主要表现为以选拔职能为重心,其他职能"顺便"履行,有的甚至被遗忘。实现学校职能的融合,需要从以下几个方面着手:一是观念转变,包括"选拔职能"与"教育职能"、"工具职能"相矛盾观念的转变,校长角色的转变以及管理观念的更新;二是制度变革,包括教育体制改革的深化与学校办学自主权的扩大,评价制度的改革和科学导向机制的形成;三是教师素养的提升。
A school performs different functions at different levels like country and society, community, school, teacher and student. There are lots of conflicts within and between them, which are mainly that the function of selection is central, while others are only performed by the way, or even forgotten. To achieve the integration of school functions, the following are the key strategies. The first one is transforming ideas, including changing the notion that the function of selection,the function of education and the function of tools are in contradiction, changing the principal's role and updating the management concepts. The second one is the change of system including the deepening of educational system reform, the expansion of school-running autonomy of schools, and the reform of evaluation system and the formation of scientific guidance mechanism. The final one is the promotion of teachers' quality.
