学校“领导”与“管理”的断裂:危害与对策 被引量:3

The Fracture of "Leadership" and "Management" in Schools: Problems and Resolutions

摘要 本尼斯的一句名言表明了一种重领导而轻管理的倾向,在"管理"还十分粗放的中国,同样出现了"领导"过剩与"管理"短缺的局面。"领导"与"管理"的失衡与断裂,使"领导"沦落为虚饰和取巧的工具,成为旧酒新瓶的华丽标贴,成了优势学校独家把玩的奢侈品。修复"领导"与"管理"的断裂成为我国学校管理实践的当务之急。借鉴国外相关经验,着力于平衡的考核评价、着力于管理技术含量的提高、着力于基本管理难题的破解、着力于骨干教师管理能力培育可以作为修复断裂的基本对策。 A famous saying of Bennis reveals a tendency that pays too much attention to "leadership" while overlooks "management". In the still extensive "management" of China, there exists the situation of excess "leadership" and shortage of "management". The imbalance and fracture of "leadership" and "management" makes "leadership" becoming the tool of veneer and cheating, a beautiful label of old wine in new bottle, and a luxury for only elite schools. To restore the fracture of "leadership" and "management" is the urgent task for China's school management practice. Based on the relevant international experience, the balanced evaluation on "leadership" and "management", the improvement of management skills, solving the essential problems in management, and building key teachers" capacity in management should be the basic leverage points to restore the linkage between "leadership" and "management".
