贵州野生和栽培钩藤药材中表儿茶素的含量测定

Determination of epicatechin content in wild and cultured Ramulus Uncariae Cure Unicis in Guizhou by HPLC

目的:为了深入研究钩藤药材质量,测定并比较贵州产钩藤、华钩藤、毛钩藤和攀枝钩藤的野生及栽培品种中表儿茶素的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定。结果:本法在0.125～4.000μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为102.87%,RSD为0.99%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确可靠、简单快速,可用于钩藤药材中表儿茶素的含量测定。

Objective：To futher study the qualities of medicinal plants of Ramulus Uncariae Cum Unicis by determinating and comparing the contents of epicatechin in Uncaria Rhynchophylla（Miq.） Jacks？ Uncaria Sinensis（Oliv.） Havil,Uncaria Hirsuta Haviland Uncaria Scandens（Smith） Hutch in Guizhou.Methods：The content of epicatechin in Ramulus uncariae cum unicis was determined by HPLC.Results：There showed the good linear relationship between the range of 0.125～4.000μg and the peak areas（r= 0.9998） in the method.The average recovery rate was 102.87%and RSD was 0.99%（n=6）.Conclution：The method is simple,fast and accurate for the determination of epicatechin content in Ramulus Uncariae Cum Unicis.
