Complex treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis

目的:探讨新生儿泪囊炎治疗方法。方法:收集882例我院门诊治疗的新生儿泪囊炎患者,进行按摩、滴抗生素、泪道冲洗及泪道探通治疗。结果:新生儿泪囊炎经按摩、泪道冲洗及泪道探通及滴抗生素滴眼液治疗效果良好。结论:新生儿泪囊炎治疗应选择综合治疗方法,减少并发症。

Objective：To investigate the method of treating neonatal dacryocystitis.Methods：882 Neonatal patients with dacryocystitis who received treatment in the out-patient of our hospital were reviewed.They underwent massage,drops of antibiotics,lacrimal duct and lacrimal irrigation treatment.Results：Neonatal patients with dacryocystitis received a good effect in treatment through massage,lacrimal duct and lacrimal irrigation treatment and antibiotic drops.Conclusion： It is suggested that complex therapy be selected in treating neonatal patients with dacryocystitis and reduce complications.
