摘要
针对特殊的物料类型,选择合适的齿形,分析了双齿辊破碎机的破碎机理,对产量的计算方法进行了总结,并提出了合理的转速。在功率计算时,根据几种方法的结果进行对比,确定了较为合适的电动机功率。
Aiming at special type of feeding material,the appropriate shape of rolling teeth is selected,the principle of double toothed roller crusher is analyzed,the production calculating method is summarized,and the reasonable rotating speed is put forward.The relative appropriate motor power is determined according to the result comparing of several calculating methods.
