摘要
通过对键联接与过盈联接承载能力的校核与比对,确定了满足传递转矩要求的联接方式。通过设计计算,最终较经济地确定了球磨机小齿轮轴输入端与半联轴器的联接方式。得出的过盈量与轴孔外型尺寸之间的关系,在同类设计中可进行应用。
Based on the bearing capacity of bond linkage and interference connection verification and comparison,the connection mode meeting the requirements for transmission of torque is determined.Through design calculation,an economic connection mode is finally established between the input end of pinion shaft of ball mill and semi-coupling.The correlation between value of interference and size of shaft and aperture is obtained,which could be used in similar design.
