摘要
目前国内最大的Φ10.37 m×5.19 m半自磨机、系统生产能力为2.25万t/d的SABC工艺流程已在江铜集团德兴铜矿大山选矿厂应用,从设备选型、工艺流程、工艺参数、生产指标、与常规碎磨流程的对比等方面进行了详细介绍,突出表现目前国内最大系统生产能力SABC工艺流程的效果。
Currently,the biggest self-auto ball mill（Φ10.37 m×5.19 m） in China,22.5 kt/d expansion project with SABC technology are put in use in Dexing Copper Mine Dashan Plant.The paper mainly introduces from the following aspects： the equipment selection,process flowsheet,process parameter,production index and comparison between SABC and standard flowsheet,especially focuses on the result of the biggest system capacity 22.5 kt/d expansion project with SABC processing flowsheet.
