摘要
针对云锡十六层翻床存在的问题,开展设备整机改进提升方案研究、机电设计、设备制造及选矿工业试验。电液回转器、PLC控制器及电磁阀冲洗机构运行稳定,整机性能大幅提升。工业试验结果表明,单机耗水量6.33 t(/d.台),电液回转器耗电量0.374 kW.h(/d.台)。处理量30.57 t(/d.台),给矿锡品位0.407%,精矿富集比2.97倍,锡回收率76.60%。经改进提升的云锡B型十六层翻床,具有水电消耗少、处理量大、回收率高等特点。
For the existing problems of the equipment of Yunxi 16-layer turn bed,the paper implements the improvement scheme for research,mechanical and electrical design,equipment manufacture and processing industrial test.Under the circumstance that he rotary electro-hydraulic,PLC controller and electromagnetic valve flushing mechanism are stably operating,the overall performance of the equipment is greatly improved.Industrial test results show that the water consumption of single equipment is 6.33 t/(d·set),electro-hydraulic rotary power consumption is 0.374 kW/(d·set).The capacity is 30.57 t/(d·set),And the tin grade of feeding ore concentrate is 0.407%,the enrich ratio is 2.97,and the recovery rate of tin is 76.60%.After technical improvement as mentioned above,Yunxi type B 16-layer turn bed is of the characteristics of less water and electricity consumption,large capacity,and high mineral recovery as well.
