摘要
根据矾山磷矿提高尾矿中磁性铁回收率的需要,在研究矿石性质和工艺流程的基础上,有针对性地采用大包角磁系、大容积槽体等技术方案设计尾矿回收专用磁选机,用于磁选车间总尾矿中磁性铁的回收。应用结果表明,专用磁选机的技术方案是合理的,可显著减少尾矿中磁性铁的含量,提高磁性铁的回收率。
In order to meet the requirements for magnetite recovery from the phosphorus tailing of Fanshan Phosphorus Mine,on the basis of research on the technology and ore characteristics,the special magnetic separator for tailings re-separation is designed with the means of larger angle magnetic system and larger volume tank,and applied to the magnetite recovering from comprehensively phosphorus tailing of the magnetic separation shop.The application results show that the design scheme is reasonable and the magnetite content in the tailings can be significantly reduced by using the special magnetic separators,and the magnetite recovery is improved as well.
