介绍SLon-2500立环脉动高梯度磁选机和SLon-3000立环脉动高梯度磁选机的研制与应用。SLon-3000磁选机是目前我国自主研发的处理量最大的高梯度磁选机或强磁选机,具有处理量大、选矿效率高、设备可靠性高、电耗低和生产成本低的优点,已成功地在赤铁矿、褐铁矿、钛铁矿选矿和在石英除铁提纯工业中应用。

The development and application of SLon-2500 and SLon-3000 vertical ring and pulsating high gradient magnetic separators are introduced.Up to now the SLon-3000 magnetic separator is the largest high gradient magnetic separator or high intensity magnetic separator developed in China with the advantages of large capacity,high seperating efficiency,high reliability,low energy consumption and operating cost.These separators have been successfully applied in industries to process hematite,limonite and ilmenite and to remove iron impurities for quartz purification.
