摘要
介绍选矿厂磨矿自动化技术改造与磨矿分级自动控制系统生产应用,稳定了选矿工艺过程,提高了磨矿分级和选别指标,减轻了劳动强度,取得了显著效果,为同类型矿山企业选矿自动化技术改造提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the technical upgrading of grinding automation and application of automatic control system for grind classification in a concentrator.Through the upgrading,the mineral processing flowsheet is stabilized,the grind grading and mineral processing performance are improved,labour intensity is reduced,and remarkable resultsare obtained.The above mineral processing automatic technical upgrading can provide reference for other similar enterprises.
