摘要
首先论述当前选矿领域设备的磨损现状,对较常用的氧化铝陶瓷材料现状进行分析,基于选矿领域的特殊冲蚀磨损形式,对氧化铝陶瓷原料、烧成工艺方面进行理论和试验研究,研制出适合选矿领域用的高强氧化铝耐磨陶瓷,在选煤厂重介质旋流器设备中得到应用,取得了良好的效果。
The paper discusses current wearing situation of mineral processing equipments,and analyzes the status of current widely used alumina ceramic materials.Based on the special erosion wear form in mineral processing field,the paper researches on raw materials of alumina and ceramic,and the sintering processing technology both theoretically and experimentally,and develops a high strength aluminum oxide wear-resistance ceramics suitable for mineral dressing fields.The ware-resistance material has been applied in heavy medium coal hydrocyclones equipments in coal preparation plant and excellent results are achieved.
