摘要
应用ANSYS软件对某型轿车钢制车轮轮辐螺母座刚度计算,求得车轮轮辐综合应力场及最大塑性变形位移,然后应用ANSYS进行优化。结果表明:采用有限元优化方法能够快速有效地获得轮辐螺母座的最佳结构,为轮辐设计提供新方法和思路。
FEM software of ANSYS was used to compute the nutbed rigidity of the wheel disc,and get the stress and the plastic deformation displacement of the spoke,then which had been optimized by ANSYS. The resuhs showed that the best structure of the nutbed of the wheel spoke was acquired quickly and effectively by the method of FEM ,which provided a new method and train of thought.
