摘要
文中结合垂直轴风力发电机的结构特点和受力特征以及实际发电量的需求,以SolidWorks三维建模软件为基础,建立垂直轴风力发电机叶片的三维模型。再利用ANSYS对之进行静态特征仿真计算,求出垂直轴风力发电机叶片的应力与应变情况,然后依据叶片的应力与应变状态优化叶片的尺寸和结构,使之达到既满足强度条件又满足结构简单和材料最省的目的。
Based on the feature of structure and the structural character and the actual capacity needs of the vertical axis wind-driven generator,and based on SolidWorks 3d modeling software, three-dimensional models of vertical axis wind-driven generator blade is built. Static characteristic simulation calculation is carried out by using ANSYS, the blade's stress and strain condition of the vertical axis wind-driven generator are obtained, and then according to the stress and strain condition of blade, leaf size and structure are continuously modified, in order to reach the objective which both satisfy the intensity conditions and meet the most simple structure and materials province.
