摘要
介绍了压铸机浇铸机械手的工作流程及其液压系统,根据机械手的控制要求,设计了PLC控制系统,对PLC的输入输出端口进行了分配,编制了PLC控制梯形图。
The paper introduces the wurk flow and the hydraulic system of the casting manipulator. According to the control requirements of the manipulator, the PLC control system is designed, the I/O ports are assigned, the ladder diagram is drawn.
