摘要
以管桩生产配合比为基本参照,分别研究了萘系、聚羧酸、氨基磺酸盐和磺化丙酮等4种减水剂对C80PHC混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度,拉/压比以及密实性的影响。研究结果表明:不同品种减水剂对混凝土力学强度以及密实性影响不同,其中,掺磺化丙酮混凝土脱模强度较高而聚羧酸较低,掺聚羧酸混凝土拉/压比较大而磺化丙酮较小,掺聚羧酸混凝土密实性较好;随着减水剂掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度提高;随着出釜放置时间的延长,劈裂抗拉强度提高,抗折强度提高,拉/压比增大。
On the basis of the ratio of pipe production line, the effects of four different kinds of admixtures were studied, by measuring the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, tension and compression ratio and Conpactness of C80PHC Conrete. The four admixtures are naphthalene, polyethylene, sulfonated acid and acetone sulphamate. The results show that the effects on mechanical strength and compactness differs with different kinds of admixtures. Concrete mixed with acetone sulphamate showed the higher compressive strength after demoulding, while concrete mixed with polyethylene showed the lowest strength. Concrete mixed with polyethylene showed the highest tension and compression ratio, while concrete mixed with acetone sulphamate showed the lowest tension and compression ratio. Concrete mixed with polyethylene showed higher compactness. With the admixture content increasing, concrete showed higher compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, compressive strength, rupture strength and ension-compression ratio increased as comservation time prolonging.
