影响护士工作满意度的四大因素是护士的个体差异、工作本身、工作环境、医院的政策和制度,因此,提高护士工作满意度的策略是加强护士自身因素的完善、完善工作本身、改善工作环境、提高医院的管理水平。
The four influential variables in nurses' job satisfaction are individual differences, job itself, working environment, and hosital policy and system. Therefore, the strategies promoting nurses' job satisfaction are to advance nurses themselves, to enhance job itself, to improve the working environment, and to elevate hospital management level.
