摘要
科教兴国理论是邓小平科技、教育思想的高度概括,是邓小平教育理论的基础。科教兴国理论在科学发展观下的新发展——从"科教兴国"战略到"人才强国"战略;把人口大国建设成为人力资源强国;把教育列为民生之首。这些新的分析和判断使邓小平的科教理论有了新的发展。
"Thriving the nation with science and technology" is not only a high generalization of Deng Xiaoping's scientific and educational thoughts, but aIso the foundation for his educational theory. Under the outlook of scientific it develops from "thriving the nation with science and technology" to "strengthening the nation with talents" ; making a nation with a large population into a nation with rich human resources and giving priority to education. These new analyses and conclusions have further developed Deng Xiaoping' s scientific and technological theory.
