New Ideas of Solving the Problem on the Employment of College Graduates——Based on Internal Control Environment Perspective

随着我国高校扩招,高校毕业生总量大幅扩张,大学生就业形势日趋严峻。本文从内部控制环境视角对这一现象进行了分析,指出完善高校内部控制环境是解决高校毕业生就业问题的基础,并从内部环境和外部环境两个方面提出了相应建议。
