摘要
目的调查首发中风病人中风后抑郁(Post-strokedepression,PSD)症状的发生情况及其相关因素。方法 166例首发中风病人为研究对象,调查中风后1周CES-D分值,MBI及社会支持情况,应用多因素分析。结果 PSD的发生率为72.9%,日常生活能力是影响中风后抑郁症状发生的最重要的因素;社会支持水平、年龄、性别是中风后抑郁症状发生的影响因素。结论上述因素是本组PSD患者的主要相关因素,为预防PSD提供参考依据。
Objective To examine the prevalence and the associated factors of post-stroke depression among first-time Chinese stroke survivors over a period of three months.Methods 166 patients with PSD were assessed with CES-D Scales, MBI Scales,SSI Scales.Independent variables were analyzed with multiple factors logistic regression.Results The prevalence of PSD was 72.9% respectively at observation point 1 and was 38.0% respectively at point 2. Function ability is the most important influencing factor of PSD. The level of social support,age and gender are less important influencing factors of PSD.Conclusion The factors above were the major associated factors and useful for PSD prevention.
