护理干预对拔除尿管后排尿效果的临床疗效观察

目的观察护理干预对拔除管后排尿效果的临床疗效。方法选取2010年5月至2011年5月我院收治的术后留置导尿管患者264例。按其来院顺序随即分为2组,观察组和对照组,每组均为132例。观察组予以护理干预,对照组则采用常规护理方法。比较2组在拔出尿管后排尿效果的不同。结果观察组的在排尿情况上来看,顺利、辅助的人数情况均明显优于对照组,且差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。此外,观察组的总有效率为98.5%,明显高于对照组的76.5%,且差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的首次排尿时间为(5.4±6.2)h;对照组的首次排尿时间为(9.7±5.1)h。2组在首次排尿时间上相比较,观察组疗效明显由于对照组,且差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用积极而科学的护理干预可以明显改善拔管后排尿效果,提前患者首次排尿的时间,疗效确切,在临床工作中值得推广。
