2008～2010年北京友谊医院死亡病例报告质量评价

The quality evaluation of death case report in Beijing Friendship Hospital from 2008 to 2010

目的通过评价死亡病例报告质量,为进一步规范死亡报告管理、提高报告质量提供依据。方法搜集北京友谊医院2008～2010年死亡报告自查资料,对死亡报告病例的及时性、完整性、准确性进行分析。结果 2008年死亡病例补报率和迟报率最高2,010年最低。漏填项目多的前3位分别是填卡日期、死亡日期和婚姻状况。根本死因填写错误的主要项目是肺炎/肺部感染。结论北京友谊医院医务人员在根本死因填写上,还有待于进一步提高。加强死亡病例报告管理培训及定期自查是提高报告质量的有效方法。

Objective To raise the quality of death case report by evaluating the reports of death cases in Beijing Friendship Hospital from 2008 to 2010.Methods The timeliness,integrity and accuracy of reports of death cases were analyzed according to reports of death cases in Beijing Friendship Hospital during 2008 to 2010.Results The missed-report rate and late-report rate were both highest in 2008 and lowest in 2010.The top three of missed items were report time,death time and marriage status respectively.The main mistake of underlying causes for death was pneumonia or pulmonary infection.Conclusion The reporting quality of underlying causes for death needs to be improved by training of personnel for report of death cases and their regular self-check.
