从“人民政府”到“苏维埃政府”的建立

土地革命时期的早期革命政权与之后出现的苏维埃政权虽然均属于革命政权,并有延伸意义,但两者不能等同中共"八七"会议后提出建立的苏维埃政府。直到秋收起义的发动和各地农民武装的发展,共产国际才指示中国建立苏维埃。中国苏维埃运动首发于广东,逐步向全国扩张。

The early revolutionary power in the Land Revolution Period and afterwards the Soviet Powers were all revolutionary powers after the CPC＇s August Seventh Conference. The Soviet was first to set up in Guangdong in China with the notice from the Communist International after the breakout of Autumn Harvest Uprising and the development of peasant arms.
