摘要
农业贷款是中国共产党在边区实施的一项重要政策和措施。晋察冀边区在抗战时期和解放战争时期也执行过农业贷款的政策。随着晋察冀边区及边区银行的建立,为发展边区的生产、改善民生,边区银行举办农业贷款,并形成了自身的特点,取得显著成效,也存在着农民对农业贷款没有兴趣,贷款发放不及时等问题。
Agricultural loans were an important policies and measures which the Communist Party of China has implemented in the borders. Shanxi - Chahar - Hebei Borders had also performed agricultural loans policy during the war and the War of Liberation. The article mainly analysises not only the establishment of Shanxi - Chahar - Hebei Borders and Frontier Bank, but also main reasons, its characteristics, the main results and the main problems of Frontier Bank agricultural loans.
