思想政治工作者在高校心理健康教育中的角色转变

Discussion on the Role Transition of Ideological and Political Staffs in Mental Health Education

当前,我国高校中从事心理健康教育的队伍专业人员较少,绝大多数思想政治工作者兼职于高校心理健康教育工作,在其角色转变过程中存在着诸多矛盾。思想政治工作者在高校心理健康教育中应注意角色转变的思路,提高工作者工作效率,从而加快高校心理健康教育师资队伍建设的发展。

Mental health education occupies a pivotal position in the various aspects of universities. At present, there are few offleers engaged in mental health education in universities of our country, and this work is mainly been done by the vast majority of ideological and political staffs on the side, who have many contradictions in how to make successful role transition. In this thesis, ideas aiming at these contradictions are suggested to improve the efficiency of ideological and political staffs and speed up the construction of teaching staffs for mental health education.
