北安市农村城镇化发展问题研究

Study on Urbanization of Rural Areas in Bei'an

北安市交通条件便利,区位优势明显,是国家级城乡一体化试点城市。目前,北安市在城镇化发展中主要存在着城镇布局不合理、城镇体系落后、农民城镇化意识差、基础设施薄弱等问题,严重制约了城镇化的发展。北安市应充分发挥农民的主体作用及区位优势,加快农村城镇化的各项配套改革及建立多元化的投融资体系,重视对城镇建设的科学规划,大力发展城镇经济,以促进全市经济社会的全面发展,加速农村城镇化进程。

With convenient transportation and advantageous location, Bei＇an City becomes a national pilot city for integration of urban and rural areas. But now some problems restrain the development of urbanization such as irrational allocation, undeveloped township system, weak awareness of urbanization for farmers, and weak infrastructure. Hence, this city should play the farmers＇ role and regional adavantages, quicken the whole range of reforms and build multiple investing and financing system, scientifically plan urban construction and develop urban economy to promote all-round development of urban economy and society.
