A Comparative Analysis of Influences of Financial Crisis on China-Russian Economy

对比分析中俄两国遭受美国金融危机影响程度不同的深层原因,结论是,新兴经济体的经济稳定持续发展必然受到外部环境影响,相对于中国受到的影响来讲,俄罗斯遭受的冲击较大.俄罗斯应对危机的艰难给中国提供了有益启示:中国应加快产业结构调整,实现平衡与创新发展;构筑外部风险防火墙,提高金融危机管理水平。从克服危机、稳定增长和实现经济与社会协调持续发展方面看,中国需要更多提升居民消费,从而增强对经济发展的可驾御性和风险性防范意识。

This paper analyzes the deep reasons that the US financial crisis has different influences on Chinese and Russian, and concludes that the stable development of burgeoning economy is certainly affected by external environment, and the impact on Russian economy is bigger than China. The difficulty in dealing with financial crisis in Russia tells us that China should quicken adjustment of industrial structure to reach the even and innovative development, and build a firewall against external risks to improve management of financial crisis. From the perspectives of overcoming crisis, stabilizing increases, and reaching harmonious development of economy and society, China need increase resident consumption, control of economic development and awareness of risk prevention.
