基于工作过程的高职酒店管理专业课程体系构建

Curriculum of Hotel Management Major on Higher Vocational Education from Practice

课程体系改革在高职人才培养中起着关键的作用。以工作过程为基础开发和构建课程体系,是高职酒店管理专业教学模式改革的必然趋势。基于高职酒店管理专业课程体系存在的问题及特点,构建高职酒店管理专业课程体系,应以学生就业岗位工作过程为依据重构课程,以岗位工作目标为标准设定学生学习目标,以工作任务开展的逻辑顺序为参照序化课程内容,以岗位工作规范为参照设定课程考核标准,从而培养出更多符合行业需求的高素质酒店应用型管理人才。

Curriculum reform is very important for vocational colleges to develop talents. It is an inevitable trend to develop and construct curriculum based on practice for teaching reform of Hotel Management Major in vocational colleges. Given the problems and features existed in the major, the colleges should rearrange the courses according to students＇ working process, set learning target based on real work, schedule the courses through logical order of real work, and establish examination criteria on courses from work standards in the new curriculum to develop more qualified talents for hotel industry.
