摘要
随着国际科技交流的日益广泛及研究评价中对学术出版要求的不断提高，我国有越来越多的科研人员期望能在国际性学术期刊上发表论文。为了提高向国外期刊投稿命中率，笔者利用PubMed的E—Utilities工具构建了PubMed拟投稿期刊选择模型，以供读者参考使用。
With the increasingly international technology exchange and higher requirements for the academic publishing in the evaluation and research, more and more researchers expect to publish a paper on the international academic journals.To improve the bid rate of submission to foreign journals, the proposed PubMed Journal Submission choice model with E-Utilities tools in PubMed is constructed for readers reference.
