摘要 1信息素质教育的必要性1．1信息素养的定义 信息素养（Information Literacy）本质是全球信息化需要人们具备的一种基本能力。其简单的定义来自1989年美国图书馆学会（American Library Association，ALA），系指个体能够自觉意识到信息需求，并具有检索、评估和有效地利用信息的综合能力。
