80例肺结核合并糖尿病的护理效果探讨

目的探讨肺结核合并糖尿病的护理方法，并观察其临床护理效果及应用价值。方法回顾性分析80例肺结核合并糖尿病患者的一般资料，按照自愿、对照的原则分为观察组和对照组．各为40例。对照组患者采用常规的护理方法，主要包括用药指导，观察组在对照组的基础上实施系统化的护理干预，包括心理调节、合理饮食、日常生活指导、并发症预防等干预手段。观察和比较两组患者并发症发生情况。结果经过护理后，观察组患者出现1例并发症，对照组出现8例并发症，观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床针对肺结核合并糖尿病患者的护理应制定系统化的护理干预方法，应从用药指导、心理调节、合理饮食、日常生活指导、康复计划、并发症预防等方面入手，才能够有效的改善患者的病情和预后，降低并发症发生率，提高患者的生活质量和生存质量。

Methods The review analysis 80 example pulmonary tuberculosis merge diabetic＇s common material, according to voluntary, the comparison principle divides into the observation group and the control group, each is 40 examples. The control group patients use conventional the nursing method, mainly includes the medication instruction, the observation group implements systematization＇s nursing intervention in control group＇s foundation, including intervention methods and so on psychological adjustment, reasonable diet, daily life instruction, complication prevention. Observes and compares two group of patient complications to have the situation. Results After process nursing, the observation group patients present 1 example complication, the control group present 8 example complications, the observation group complication formation rate are lower than the control group obviously, the difference have statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Clinical should formulate systematization＇s nursing intervention method in view of pulmonary tuberculosis merge diabetic＇s nursing, should from aspects and so on medication instruction, psychological adjustment, reasonable diet, daily life instruction, recovery plan, complication prevention obtain, only then can the effective improvement patient＇s condition and the prognosis, cuts the complication formation rate, improves patient＇s quality of life and the survival quality.
