颌下腺导管囊性扩张误诊的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Misdiagnosis of Submandibular Duct Cystic Dilatation

目的总结分析近8年临床所见的颌下腺导管非结石性囊性扩张的误诊及手术治疗。方法回顾性分析153例舌下区囊肿患者．其中5例颌下腺导管非结石性扩张患者的年龄、性别、临床表现、术中所见、手术治疗、预后情况。结果5例患者皆为女性，且发生部位均为右侧口底区，大小有所区别，病程为3-6个月，均无明显消涨史，误诊为舌下腺囊肿为100％。结论颌下腺导管非结石性囊性扩张原因可能与先天解剖变异、颌下腺及舌下腺分泌障碍有关系。术前应进行充分估计及更改手术方案的术前交待。

Objective To summarize the clinical analysis in recent 5 years the submandibular duct acalculous cystic dilatation of the diagnosis and operation treatment. Methods a retrospective analysis of 5 cases of submandibular duct acalculous dilation in patients with age, sex, clinical findings, intraoperative findings, treatment, prognosis of operation,Results 5 patients were female, and the parts are on the right side of the floor of the mouth area, size difference, course for 3-6 months, there were no obvious water-level-fluctuation history, misdiagnosed as sublingual gland cyst for 100%. Conclusion the submandibular duct acalculous cystic dilatation may be due to congenital anatomical variations of submaxillary and sublingual gland secretes the obstacle, a relationship, should undergo preoperative sufficient estimation and change of operation scheme of vreoverative.
