输尿管镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术患者的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing on Patients Treated with Ultrasonic and Pneumatic Lithotripter Under Ureteroscope

目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术后的护理效果。方法采用腰麻或连续硬膜外麻醉，在输尿管镜下，用气压弹道联合超声碎石机进行碎石，术后给予相应的护理措施。结果112例患者顺利康复，没有并发症发生。结论在术前充分准备，术后严密观察病情及细心的护理．出院时康复指导。再配合医生高超的医疗技术，是手术成功、患者顺利康复的重要保证。

Objective To discuss the nursing effects on patients treated with ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter under ureteroscope. Methods The patients after lumbar or continuous epidural anesthesia treated with ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter under ureteroscope ,then corresponding postoperative nursing intervention followed. Results The 112 Patients had a quick recovery and no complication occurred. Conclusions Only sufficient preoperative preparation and careful postoperative observation together with sophisticated medical technique can ensure a successful operation.
