PFN-A治疗股骨转子问粉碎性骨折疗效观察

Clinical Effect of PFN-A for Intertrochanteric Comminuted Fractures of the Femur

目的评价PFN—A治疗股骨转子间粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法2007年12月~2009年12月，采用AO公司PFN—A治疗复杂股骨颈骨折21例，从手术时间、术中出血量、术中X线暴露次数、平均住院时间、术后骨折愈合时间及术后关节功能等方面评价其临床效果。结果21例获得随访4个月～1．5年．3-55个月时骨折已全部愈合，无术后感染，无死亡，无股骨远端再骨折病例及螺钉断裂或豁出病例，按赵氏评分法Ⅲ，本组病例优良率90．5％（19／21）。结论PFN—A设计合理，操作简单，能有效缩短手术时间，同时手术创伤较小，固定可靠，并发症少，是治疗股骨转子间复杂骨折较理想的内固定物。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of PFN-A for the iutertrochanteric comminuted fracture of the femur. Methods From Dec 2007 to Dec 2009, 21 cases of intertrochanterie comminuted fracture of the femur were treated with PFN-A, the clinical effects were evaluated from the time of operation , volume of blood, times of exposure to X-ray, average stay ,time of union of fracture and function of joints. Result 21cases were illowed-up 4monthes to 1.Syears ,all the fractures healed within 3 to 3.5 months ,no infection and broken or cutout of screws happened, the rate of excellent and good in all cases were 90.5%（19/21）.Conclusion PFN-A can be used as a ideal internal fixation to treat the intertrochanteric fractures of the femur for the advantage of the reasonable design , consistenting with the idea of BO, reliability of fixation, mini trauma, simple operation, fewer complication and early functional exercise.
