不同方案治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效比较

Clinical Comparison of Different Methods to Treat with Senile Vaginitis

目的分析比较不同方案治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法收集100例老年性阴道炎患者，按入组编号随机分为A组与B组，每组50例．A组患者应用氯喹那多／普罗雌烯治疗，而对照组应用替硝唑泡腾片，两疗程后比较两组患者临床疗效、症状及阴道健康评分，并进行统计学分析。结果A组l临床有效率92％明显优于B组75％，两组相比经统计学处理有显著性差异（P〈005）；且A组患者症状评分明显低于B组患者，两组相比亦有显著性差异（P〈0.05）；A组阴道健康评分明显高于B组，两组相比有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论氯喹那多／普罗雌烯治疗老年性阴道炎效果肯定，可明显改善症状及阴道环境．减少患者痛苦，且应用方法简单易行，临床值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of different methods to treat with senile vaginitis. Methods 100 cases with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into group A and group B according to the numbers, and each group had 50 cases. The group A was given chlorquinaldol/promestriene while the group B was giventinidazole effervescent tablet. Compared the clinical symptoms and vaginal health scores after two courses, then analyzed by statistical method. Results The clinical efficacy of group A was 92.0%, which was better than 75.0% of group B, with P〈0.05; the symptom score of group A was significant lower than group B, with P〈0.05; the vaginal health score of group A was significant higher than group B, with P〈0.05 Conclusion Chlorquinaldot/promestriene had good efficacy to treat with senile vaginitis, and it can significantly improve symptoms and vaginal environment, reduce patient pain, and the application method is simple, it is worthy to be applied in clinical.
