可逆性后部白质脑病综合征病例1例并文献分析

摘要 摘要：目的探讨可逆性后部白质脑病综合征（reversible posterior leukoencphalolpathy有syndrome，RPLS）临床影像学特点。方法报道我院一例典型RPLS病例，并总结该病的病因发病机制以及病例特点。结果与结论1LPLS发病机制可能与血管自动调节以厦血管内皮损伤有关。临床表现为头痛、意识障碍、视力改变、癫痫。影像学表现为主要在后循环供血区的血管源性水肿，有可逆性的特点。
